If you receive a faulty product, please visit our store with your valid tax invoice issued by Rochi's Opals. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair or exchange at our discretion.

Please note that opals are relatively soft gemstones, so handle them with care to avoid damage. We strongly advise taking care when using any delicate jewelry products. Please note that we do not provide repairs or exchanges for standard wear and tear, products purchased more than six months prior, or items that are misused and returned in a condition different from their original state.
